As your trainer I will develop a plan for YOU, designed to meet YOUR goals and lead to YOUR success. I will share with YOU my passion for exercise and health and why you "can" and "will" change your life in a positive way. My personal training sessions include:
- Fitness evaluation, with YOUR fitness information to be reviewed monthly against YOUR progress and goals. Maintained on-line.
- Educate YOU on how, when and why YOU should exercise.
- Develop a program that includes all components of fitness and is based on YOUR goals.
- Making sure YOU do not stand-alone on YOUR journey by providing the tools to change behaviors
- Offer a positive environment and convenient time so that you can accomplish YOUR fitness objectives.
- Nutrition management and counseling that will teach YOU how to eat to build an efficient fat burning and muscle building metabolism.
- Motivate and encourage YOU to stay focused, have fun, and learn how to step out of your comfort zone, developing into the strong, confident and healthy person YOU can and want to be.
- Monitor your progress and your program so YOU know YOU are being successful.
- Most importantly, YOU will have Fun and learn how to reward yourself while maintaining YOUR new fitness level.
