The definition of strength: The quality or state of being strong; ability to do or to bear; capacity for exertion or endurance, whether physical, intellectual, or moral; force; vigor; power; as, strength of body or of the arm; strength of mind, of memory, or of judgment.

To make change we need to understand what it is to we want to change. This takes strength. Strength is defined in many ways, but if you are strong in mind you can be strong in body. No matter your age, size or illness, implementing a fitness program into your busy life will help decrease your biological age, decrease or increase your size and most importantly improve your health. Taking the step to learn how is the easy part; this is what I will help you do.
